2025-26 New Athletic Directors Cohort

The purpose of this cohort is to support and guide new Athletic Directors through the challenges of their first year. The cohort is designed to provide a structured and collaborative environment where participants can learn, share, and grow together. Throughout the program, we will explore key topics essential to effective athletic administration, including communication strategies, event and facility management, budgeting, compliance, leadership development, and community engagement. By connecting new Athletic Directors with experienced mentors and practical resources, this cohort aims to build confidence, promote best practices, and foster long-term success in the role.
